Do you have that voice in your head that tells you that you can’t hike?
As women, we are bombarded by images and instructions on how we should present to the world – how to look (and also how NOT to look), how to behave (that we should behave), how to speak (WHEN to speak). It’s all so god-awful exhausting!
You belong on the trail. Come as you are.
Take up all the space you need. We welcome everyone to join us and engage with Mother Nature.
We are extremely excited to partner with Chicago personal trainer, Dana Buccheri for this hike. Dana will teach us stretching and movement techniques to rev up our beautiful bodies for a rewarding hike.
We will meet you where you are. Please join us.
Time: 1030am CST – 130pm CST
We do the planning and pick the trails, as well as, supply all the gear you will need.
For all of our hiking adventures we provide:
A day pack to borrow that can carry your water, snacks, and an extra layer of clothing.
An adventure pack that includes hand sanitizer, lip balm, sunscreen, and bug wipes.
A rain poncho so you can be prepared for every kind of weather.
Information and education about the trail (tips, maps, etc.)
You bring the following for the hike:
