Channel your inner Rockstar, Wildlings!

Mama Carlyn is always looking for new experiences and is excited to share this jammin’ adventure.

The morning will begin with a fun, rockin’, and easy cardio workout. Trice Turner is a certified Ripstix/Pound® instructor who is ready to teach us how to rock out! And we supply the Ripstix® for everyone.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeal to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

After we get our hearts pumping we will enjoy a leisure hike to connect with Mother Nature and experience all trail has to offer. Fingers crossed that we will get a look at the leaves beginning to change.

September 10: Join us at Teason’s Woods in Palos Heights, IL.
