We are excited to offer Hiking and Zumba with Chicago’s own GiGi Tonye’. You won’t want to miss this new adventure
We will start the morning Zumba dancing with Gigi to get our heart rate pumping.
Afterward, we will hit the trail to immerse ourselves in all that Mother Nature has to offer. You will feel completely pumped up and rejuvenated after this adventure.
No Zumba or Hiking experience is needed.

We strongly encourage carpooling. If you can give a ride or if you need a ride please contact us at info@backtowildadventures.com.
We do the planning and pick the trails, as well as, supply all the gear you will need.
For all of our hiking adventures we provide:

A daypack that you can use for your water, snacks, etc.

An adventure pack with lip hand sanitizer, lip balm, sunscreen, and bug wipes

Ponchos should it rain or change temperature

Information and education about the trail as well as navigation and clothing tips to keep for future solo hikes
You bring the following for the hike:

Your adventurous spirit

Water – We recommend 2-2.5 liters for this adventure

Snacks and/or your lunch. We love a good trail mix, Kind bars, or a PB&J “hiking sammie”

Sturdy shoes and extra clothing for weather changes
GiGi Tonye’ is your ‘HIGH ENERGY, Dance & Fitness Professional, Performing Artist, and Choreographer that uses Dance and Fitness to help individuals achieve wellness! She is the Founder and CEO of Tonye’ LLC (Tonye’ Co.) and Owner of GiGi Tonye’ Arts & Fitness, a new mobile dance and fitness studio in Chicago. Her powerful talent has graced various stages as lead dance and Zumba® instructor i.e. Millennium Park Summer Workouts 2019, 2020, & 2021, Chicago Parent Conference, American Diabetes Association, and Bantu Fest just to name a few. She continues to inspire youth to discover their purpose through dance and performing arts. She is passionate about community health and wellness for adults and seniors through dance and fitness.
