If your spirit needs a second serving of peace and tranquility, let Hike and Yoga be your salve.
One date with Mother Nature is good for the soul. Two? Well, that could be the start of a serious relationship. At this Back to Wild session, you’ll begin the day early and meander through it leisurely.
First, you will be led in a Yoga practice where flow is controlled and breathing is conscious. The stretches and holds will awaken your body gently and with purpose. Nature’s soundtrack provides audio for the meditative movement, while dappled sunlight spotlights the effort.
Afterward, you’ll continue your Earth connection by hiking without haste. The trail will be uncomplicated and unstrenuous. It is the forward motion enveloped in nature that we’re after, not a competition or heart rate. Allow your mind to wander through the trees as you do.
No experience is necessary to thrive in these twin sessions. Both will be taken at an easy pace, making space for you to find your centering breath and the calm that accompanies it.

We do the planning and pick the trails, as well as, supply all the gear you will need.
For all of our hiking adventures we provide:
A day pack to borrow that can carry your water, snacks, and an extra layer of clothing
An adventure pack that includes hand sanitizer, lip balm, sunscreen, and bug wipes
A rain poncho so you can be prepared for every kind of weather.
Yoga Mat to borrow or bring your favorite
Information and education about the trail as well as navigation and clothing tips to keep you safe on any future solo hikes
